Positive: This hotel was AMAZING! Bedrooms are very comfy and practical. Everything is new and the staff is very kind. The beach and pool area are amazing and the hotel provided everything needed: towels, beach bag, sun cream…. Being in and around the hotel is a great feeling during the summer in Mallorca :) We will definitely be coming back.

Positive: First of all, the hotel is really top notch, very well placed on the seafront with direct access to the water in the rocks with a ladder (turquoise water). The hotel is clean and very well designed and decorated with different areas (pool, beach, restaurant). Breakfast is good and of high quality, and the hotel restaurant for dinner is really good (you have to book as even outside guests often come in the evening). The hotel's strongest point is still the kindness and friendliness of all the staff (lovely cleaning lady, restaurant and bar service and reception, with a big thank you to Marinna at the front desk for her kindness and good spirit). Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and at ease. It's really very much appreciated.
Negative: These are points for improvement if the hotel is to be truly perfect, but there again, it's already very good: - breakfast as I said quality and fresh, a little variety depending on the day could be nice. We stayed for a week and it was the same products every morning (but very fresh once again). - the car park ... this really needs to be improved. Small car park in a wasteland with a limited number of spaces, especially as guests from outside the hotel who come to the restaurant also park there, which limits the number of spaces even more. Hopefully a proper car park will be provided in the future. - the gym, which is fairly limited. It's a shame, because the space is big and nice, but the equipment is quickly limited. - There's an area in the blue building that should be used as a lounge space. The place is nice and very well decorated but not used enough in my opinion and it was empty all the time. Maybe plan some activities in this area to exploit it a little more as it's nice! - the big, big, big problem was the air-conditioning in the rooms. The first night we slept with 24 degrees in the room while the air conditioning was set to minimum (18 degrees). The motor was running but it wasn't cooling the room at all. We reported this to reception, who sent technicians. We were told that in any case it would never go below 21 degrees. We asked for a fan which was given to us. For the rest of the stay it was 21/22 degrees in the room. We heard other hotel guests talking about it in the corridors as it was hot in their rooms too. We told them about the fan.
Summary: Almost perfect place with some adjustments but very Kind people !

Positive: Lots of space and well decorated. Beds and rooms are comfortable and lots of extra touches. Staff are lovely and the food at neni is very good. Free bikes are great fun but not always kept Charged. Would benefit from a map of suggested cycle routes to take.
Negative: Parking is on a disused tennis court and gets very full. There was a lot of debris and litter around the parking so need to be careful with the tyres. The ramp needs work as is broken and as there are no lines people do not park considerately / try to squeeze in. The breakfast is not up to par with the prices charged. We often came down to cold breakfast even though we were there very early. The selection available and presentation need to be better for breakfast as it lets the place down.
