Positive: Clean, comfortable. Beautiful views from apartment. Good amenities. Wonderful fireplace. Lots of TV channels to choose from.
Negative: Issue with hot water - no hot water for 24 hrs. It was fixed whilst we were there but this wasted our time. We were only there for 3 nights. Out of landlords control and arranged a plumber to fix, but no good for us after our walk on the mountain in the rain and cold. If you pay premium and don't get a premium experience, something should be done as an apology, more than saying 'sorry'. Difficult to find. Instructions could be clearer. Consider what3words location or GPS coordinates. TV is high up on the wall in living room. Get neck ache from looking up.

Positive: From the moment I arrived I was more than pleased with the accommodation. The host left me some brown bread with a few essentials, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. I was delighted with this apartment and the wonderful views surrounding it.
Negative: The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the check in time of 4pm. In my experience 95% of places are a check in time of 3pm. However, it's a very small thing when compared to how much I enjoyed my stay.

Positive: Bill's Barns is a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed our time there. It was very clean and comfortable and just a lovely apartment. The wood stove was appreciated on a cold and rainy day. The apartment was very comfortable. The delicious snack that was left for us was lovely to find when we arrived. The owner was very helpful when we needed help locking the door. We would stay there again in the future. Lovely place with a great history behind it.
Negative: I cannot think of anything I didn't like about Bill's Barns. The directions were spot on and it was close by to the town so getting there was quite easy. Everything about the apartment was great so I have no complaints at all.
Summary: Bill's Barn was a beautiful place to stay that we will certainly return to in the future.

Positive: Apartment was lovely, nice private view, parking, close to Kenmare, comfortable sofa and bed, good bathroom, well-stocked kitchen. A home away from home. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: No soap or shampoo in the bathroom, shower didn't drain very fast. But these are minor issues. Overall we loved it.
