LIVING SPACE - Cozy 600+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, mini blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockpot, waffle maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV and streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy fireplace. Washer only in the kitchen.

Summary: Excellent stay! Very homey, and being dog friendly is always a plus. We are excited to book with Cool Cabins again.

Summary: Nice place. Comfortable with lots of mountain touches. A little annoyed by all the extra and convoluted check in steps required by Big Bear Cool Cabins. Outside of first email requiring signature of online contract, there was second requiring a Copy of drivers license and photo, and we thought we were done. But then there was a third email requiring that we text back a pdf brochure with our signature and a copy of our credit card, after we were paid in full and had provided credit card to Vrbo. Also, The access code for the cabin was buried in an email - with a nondescript email titled “county confirmation.” It was a bit frustrating and confusing . When we called to clarify location of the key which was not described in the access email, Big Bear Cool Cabins was very responsive. All in all, a great experience. A little extra stress on check in that we hadn’t encountered with previous bookings.

Summary: This was my second experience with Cool Cabins (the first not so good) and boy did they deliver. Customer service was great, cabin was beautiful & the perfect size and it was overall a terrific weekend getaway. Would recommend this place for couples, small groups or families.

Summary: My family and I wanted to get away from civilization for the weekend. And I came across this beautiful cabin and I just fell in love looking at it and had t book it. When we got there we were so surprised how cute the place is and just love everything about it. We will definitely come back to this cabin again.
