Summary: Bare bones. No bedspread, no tissues, no glass to rinse after brushing. The refrigerator rattled when running. I had to turn it off. When I check out I was not asked about my stay - I would have mentioned these issues. It gets a 2 on K y because it was clean.

Summary: Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!

Summary: The hallway had not been vacuumed in over a year, the room in front of us was boarded up from the police from a year ago. They did not provide any supplies for the kitchen. And the property has roaches. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly but we will never be back due to the health and hygiene concerns.

Summary: Property was not as described. There was a huge hole in the drywall. When I asked about the extended stay amenities for the kitchen such as basic kitchen wear I was told I needed to bring my own pots/pan and utensils. Did not feel safe there and left after checking in.

Summary: Decent beds, nice kitchen, but ants infested the place, and 7 roaches were killed the first week of staying. They kicked us out randomly in the middle of a week paid for, refusing to refund any money. Told us they had trouble keeping people there... yeah, no wonder.

Summary: We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and there was only one fortunately there was a hide a bed in the couch but that was uncomfortable. They couldn’t give us what we paid for and got nothing from them.
