Positive: The entire villa is clean, the landlord also stay close in another villa. Kitchen is spacious and has decent utilities. Room was clean. Greenery outside. The host is a nice guy, gave me lift to the town via his car.

Negative: The villa is a bit deep inside the city. To go to the city you need to rely on tuktuks. Easy to go to town but difficult to find transport to return back.

Positive: The villa is quite secluded. It is surrounded by the host's family houses. It has AC and running hot water. Sitting on the porch you are surrounded by native birds, lizzards, squirrels. Very charming. Good beaches are quite a distance but we had a tuk-tuk so it wasn't a problem. Prashan our host is very helpful!

Positive: Very nice spacious Villa in the midst of lot of greenery and nature. Plenty of space available for car park. Kitchen with basic equipments. Bedrooms are with A/C.
