Positive: Very quiet with plenty of wildlife..Lovely views, especially in the early morning with some hot air balloons crossing the sky in the distance.

Negative: Communication with check in details didn't arrive until after we had left.

Positive: Spacious initial, views, animals and birds delightful and very friendly._

Negative: TV too small, but we didn't come to watch TV. We drove to the Waterfall, car did ok, just a small Corolla.. but would have been difficult had the road been wet. Maybe a sign or notice on wet days a 4wheel drive would be recommended.
