Summary: Fun home with a lot of character. Large spaces for family to gather on main floor. Keep in mind that the "charm" of the older claw-foot tubs were made for bathing, so not so functional as a shower. But the one more modern tub/shower does fine. Priced right for what it is (space & charm) and what it is not trying to be (modern hotel feel).

Summary: My family was in Alabama to attend my niece's graduation from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The house was large enough to accommodate 14 of us and gave us enough room to spread out and gather when needed. During down time, we often found ourselves gathering on the large living room couch. It was the perfect spot! Skyler was great with communication and available to help if needed. The house definitely met our needs for the long weekend. Some suggested upgrades include more traditional showers vs. the clawfoot tub showers, stone work on the steps to prevent trip hazards, and updated mattresses. Overall, the house was perfect for what we needed it and had a lot of charm.

Summary: Very nice old house. So spacious and comfortable. The showers and sinks etc were very nice and clean but the windows, cupboards, trash closet etc were quite dirty. Plus the cleaning fee was very high so that was disappointing.

Summary: The home was beautiful, we love old homes. The only drawback was the showers and the bathroom sinks. Very low water pressure and the sinks did not drain properly. Overall amazing home!

Summary: We were in town for our son’s wedding and enjoyed this property for our adult kids and family. It is spacious and had room to spread out. The location was great and peaceful. It is an older historic house but is well maintained.

Summary: We hosted my daughter's bridesmaids for her wedding weekend in this house. It is a big house with lots of space. Very private and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe. It is an old house with character but is not brand new and perfect. If you expect a pristine house, then you will be disappointed, but we were happy with the stay. The property manager was very nice and easy to work with.
