Positive: Very comfortable room with all the essential amenities. Hot water in the shower and clean sheets. The location is very quiet and peaceful, right next to a great beach. Good value for money.

Positive: Great stay in Batukaras! Dont expect any luxury but if you are happy with the basics this is a 10/10. The host was amazing, he gave us a lot of tips where to go to (we had a scooter which is great to get around). Batukaras in a small little fishing / surfing village and feels very welcoming. We also went with him on a full day tour which was absolutely amazing!! We had the best day exploring the countryside. He gave us all kind of local insights and took us on roads we would have never done ourselves. Thank you so much!

Positive: We booked 1 night in bk homestay and ended up staying almost a month. Kammal was the best helping us in whatever we needed, from renting scooter, surfboard, to all the info for extend our visas or even giving us the tools to make bracelets, we really owe a big thank to Kammal. The position of the homestay is the best if you want to surf as it is right in front of the most famous surf break in Batukaras. We really liked that we could use the kitchen. When we left the place was going under renovation. If we come back to Batukaras for sure we will be staying here. Thanks bk!

Positive: Bk is perfect located, just in front of the beach, thank you kammal for all the advices and made us feel home in our stay, amazing people we met also in bk. We booked for 2 nights and in the end we prolong for almost one month!

Positive: Simple place, but with all you need for a great surfcation in Batukaras. I was only supposed to stay a few days, but ended up staying over a week because I enjoyed my time there so much 😊 BK is located right by the point, so you can be in the water within a minute, and it is close to different restaurants and warungs. Kammal, who has the place, is a great host. He showed me different local sights like the Green Valley and a ram fight, and he is all in all really fun to hang out with and super helpful! Tschüss and hope to see you again

Positive: Good position right on the surf break. Good restaurant right beside rooms. Close to everything. Able to rent bikes for 60k per day from host. And organise transport easily.
Negative: Extremely noisy. On main road so motorbikes all night. Also seems to be an area for everyone to hang out at night. Settles around midnight.

Positive: the owner is super nice and helps you with anything, he even made us dinner. The localization is perfect, close to the surfing spot.
Negative: I missed the net in the window to protect us from mosquitoes, but the owner gave us spray to use instead...
