Positive: I would rate 15 out of 10 for our experience of BK's villa, staff, the owner and the services. It's a complete package of excellent location, atmosphere, villa, food, staff and the customer service. All the staff (Dharmendra, Yuvraj, Shivji, Kiran, Shiva) and the owner (Vidita) had ready to help and problem solving attitude. All staff went above and beyond to help for every request. They made delicious food during the entire stay, all the ordered dishes were served with great taste. We had my daughter's birthday party during our stay and all the staff made sure that guests feel welcome and are comfortable. I spoke to the owner (Vidita) several times before and after the booking. She is really helpful in every way and clear in her communications, lovely lady. I found her very professional and committed. They also helped me to find a local decorator (Vimlesh) who did an excellent job and even added beautiful lights and extra balloon decoration as complimentary. The environment was relaxed and tranquil. The villa (Villa no 8) is very spacious, clean, tidy and welcoming. The swimming pool was clean. You can hear peacock's sound in the mornings and evenings making the atmosphere really majestic. We were lucky to have been visited by a peacock during the stay. Moreover I got ill just the previous night (very late night) before our party but even at about 1 am at night all staff (named above) made sure that I get advise from a doctor and the necessary medicines which enabled me to attend the scheduled party next day. They even prepared warm milk for me upon my request at that time at night so that I can eat something and then take medicine. I would have missed the party if all above staff were not to go extra mile to make sure i get necessary doctor's advise and medicines at that late night. I would like to thank everyone and we will definately stay again. Thank you.

The villa's design and decor were top-notch, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. The food was incredible - delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure our every need was met. The golf view was simply breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunset over the greens. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway.
