Positive: Perfect home for our large family of 11. Each couple had their own room and a bunk room for our granddaughters. All the amenities that we needed. A bonus was the walk to the lake and 45 minute beautiful drive to Yosemite.
Negative: The floors were not cleaned properly. Being a family that does not wear our shoes in the house when barefoot picked up a lot of dirt. Otherwise, a perfect cabin!

Positive: The main house was very good. Beds were comfortable housing 9 of our family. Plenty of space to get our 10 family member together for chats and fun together in the living room. The house is close to the Pines Resort that has the wave runners and the boat we needed to enjoy the lake. The 4 parking spaces worked perfectly for our 4 families that could come. The temperatures were 94-99 outside but very nice inside the house. The expected supplies were well provided for.
Negative: A few things that could be better: 1. The rental claims handling 12 people, but the rental houses 9 people well in the main house leaving 3 in the separate over the garage upstairs unit. The our 3 family members who stayed their said that the beds were ok, but not great and the air conditioning fell short of being comfortable but was survivable. 2. The dining area in the main house only accommodated 9 people as the chairs could not handle people sitting at the table (8 chairs) and the counter (3 stools) at the same time. We had to remove two counter chairs in order to get around the dining table. 3. The trash filled up each day in the kitchen. We saw the trash bin outside and put the trash in the appropriate bins. In the morning we found that the bears emptied the trash all over the street and we learned that the bins really belonged to the neighbors! A sign telling us to use trash barrels in the garage was not obvious nor understood, but we found the correct trash barrels and had no further problems. Suggest the sign be put on the trash can and trash closet also alerting there are not trash barrels outside for this property. 4. There was no convenient parking for a fifth car, which would have been a problem if our other family member had been able to come. Need an alert that there is parking space for 4 vehicles only.
Summary: We enjoyed our vacation at Bass Lake and the accommodations were nice.

Positive: Great location. Glad boat dock was included. Loved that there was small beach area at dock.
Negative: Mattresses a little too firm for me.

Positive: We loved the location of the cabin to the lake and the coziness of the cabin...also loved the the back yard deck area for family to sit and relax.
Negative: Did not like the spotty wifi and tv situation...we were unable to find a remote for the apartment tv...also apartment heater was spitty and took a ffew times to get it going
