Welcome to Black Bear Lodge, a great family-friendly home right on the beautiful Mascoma Lake! Our home encompasses the best of both summer and winter as we are located on the water and just minutes from Whaleback Mountain, Mount Sunapee, and an hour from Killington Ski Resort. For all of you summer renters, this home is right on Mascoma Lake and we provide kayaks and pedal boats for guests to enjoy all summer long!
We have two living areas that you can enjoy, one on the first floor w/ a 60" TV and another in the basement with a 70" TV. With internet and cable in both rooms, you can always stay connected. A ping pong table is provided for you to enjoy as well!

Summary: We stayed with family for a graduation at Dartmouth College. The three bathroom made it easy for everyone to get ready at same time for ceremony. There was plenty of bedrooms and hang out space for us all to hang out together. Everything clean and well stocked! Very satisfied. This propert is a recommend.

Summary: I can’t say enough good things about this house. It was well stocked, had lots of towels and kitchen amenities. The house was quiet even though it’s near a campground and the road. The view from the second floor was beautiful and we loved the outside deck. We loved the large wooden table near the kitchen. We hope to stay there again!!

Summary: Needed a large house for family and friends for graduation weekend. As it turned out it was just my wife and myself, most of the time. Great location on the lake and nice open layout of house for entertaining or larger groups (5 bedrooms). But also nice place just for a couple that likes room.
