Positive: It's a cute cabin
Negative: Beds were awful, the mattresses had to be very old and no master suite. Would be nice to have a king bed in one of the rooms. The carpet was horribly stained and the picture you show above must be very old as the furniture is different and the carpet looks new in those pictures. I almost tripped twice around the dining table as the carpet is doubled up under the table and chairs- I imagine to attempt to cover more stains, but it is a tripping hazard. I did not like having to pay $9 per person- per night to Black Butte on top of all the fees Vacasa charges, I specifically asked if we had to pay this fee and was told no. We only had one day at Black Butte and had to pay $18 per person. In addition I got so many emails, texts from you guys., I will never use Vacasa again.
Summary: Expensive and short- 10am check out time is ridiculous.

Negative: I would have put some curtains across the sliding door entrance that looks into the sunroom, not a huge deal though. Absolutely beautiful place to stay, loved it, we were sad to have to leave!!
