Positive: friendly staff clean accommodation and facilities great location. excellent set up in shared kitchen and lounge with brilliant coffee machine, juice milk etc in fridge. great assortment of teas and spreads. wonderful out door seating arrangements both inside and out and apart from a full stove inside there was a gas BBQ outside the door. parking at rear and a cafe as well as a pub on the street out front.
