Negative: Unfortunately the fire alarms were going off just after midnight and there was no staff or managers about. We were outside together with other guests waiting and waiting in the cold and wet. Eventually another guest and my husband managed to silence the alarm as there was no sign of anyone. It went off again in the morning this time a member of staff came and sorted the awful noise. When I told her it had gone off in the night she was unaware. It made us feel very unsafe so we decided not to stay the second night as we were shattered from out disturbed night and felt unsafe there. Such a pity as the property is beautiful but badly managed.
