Step into our newly-built, elegantly furnished home, perfectly located in the Town of Linn on the south side of Lake Geneva. This luxurious retreat offers a scenic country feel while still being close to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of being just 6 miles from Downtown Lake Geneva, with its array of shops, restaurants, and Riviera Beach, and only 5 miles from Fontana Beach.
The heart of the home features a modern, open-concept kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and extensive counter space. This area is perfect for cooking and engaging with guests or family members, ensuring you're part of every moment.
Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, adding a touch of luxury and comfort. Two other bedrooms are each furnished with queen-sized beds, providing cozy accommodations. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin over full bunk bed. Summary: This was a beautiful home stocked with everything you need. The home was spotless with a well-stocked kitchen, complete with a complimentary Kringle and coffee! All linens - bed and bath - were lovely and plentiful. Beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is to allow a check-out time of 11:00 am instead of 10:00 am. Every VRBO home we've rented has an 11:00 am check-out time and that extra hour is everything!

Summary: Our stay at Black Pointe House could not have been better! The house is fully stocked with everything one could need. The house is beautifully appointed, has comfortable beds and a large user-friendly kitchen. All the comforts of home. Location to Lake Geneva is very convenient. We will definitely stay there again!

Summary: Our family group of 6 (5 adults and a 2 month old grandbaby) stayed at the house for 6 nights. It fit just right, and the open first floor plan was perfect. The neighborhood is full of well maintained homes on large wooded lots, which made for many delightful walks with our grandbaby! Elitelakerentals quickly responded to all of our questions and requests.

Summary: House is basically brand new. Very quite neighborhood. We had family and our kids friends and had a real nice time. The house is very roomy and comfortable. Jason our manager from Elite Lake Rentals was helpful and great to work with.
