Summary: We had a very short stay in Knoxville for a concert. The place was great, very comfortable. There was a miscommunication with the host regarding our need for an early check in, but ultimately they made it right and all worked out. Location was very close to the airport, but ultimately farther from Knoxville than anticipated, which made Ubers a little tricky.

Summary: We came to town for the night for a concert and this was a perfect little spot for us to stay. The location was great, not too far from Knoxville, and out of the hustle and bustle of things which we like. The hot tub outside was a fun edition. Cleanliness and communication was great, and all in all really enjoyed our experience!

Summary: This is a sweet little gem located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood within Alcoa, TN. The host, Jason responds to any inquiry within the hour and allowed us to stay an extra night when I needed it! Check in was a keyless lock pad on the front door, super easy! Why my family loved it: park with walking trails one block away, 5 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from a grocery store, two Starbucks 5 minutes away, tons of food places to eat at, hot tub was working well and very private with chalkboard walls you can write on, a fully fenced in yard, everything was working well in the house, close to the town of Maryville, and very comfortable beds. Eat at Bella and The Bearded Brothers! Next time we come to visit family, I will be booking this sweet little gem, highly recommend!

Summary: We were able to check in a little early, which was amazing since we were there for a small bore rally and wanted to go riding and get the dogs in the house. The house was very clean and the hot tub was a very nice addition! The host was quick to communicate as well as his manager for the property. My only qualm would be that the lawn needed mowed but our dogs still did fine, it's just easier to make sure you pick up after the dog when the grass is short. Overall the house had everything we needed at a decent price with the utmost cleanliness and professionalism. We will be booking this spot again from next year!
