This cozy 3 bedroom 2 full bath ranch home located in Bellerive/Creve Couer, MO; fully stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms.
Close to grocery store and restaurants.
Hang out in the graffiti game room in the walk out lower level, with an old-school free play arcade game w/ 60 games, ping pong, poker, foseball, or air hockey while watching TV.
The Space:
On the main floor, is the kitchen, dining room, living room near the front and hearth room with pull out couch and gas fireplace, all three bedrooms and both full bathrooms.
The walk out lower level “our graffiti game room” you will find the an awesome free play vintage arcade game with all your favorites from the 80’s. Galaga, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, you name it! We also have a monster smart tv, poker table with chip set and cards. Ping pong table, foseball and air hockey. Plus you will find a washer and dryer for your use.
Each bedroom has private closet, smart tv, bedside lamps with USB ports for charging smart devices, box fan, luggage rack and hangers.
Very spacious back yard with a creek at the end.
House comes equipped with a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, smoke, detectors throughout, and a carbon monoxide detector in the lower level near the furnace area.
The one car garage is available for your convenience.
The property is also semi handicap accessible. With one concrete ramp on the front porch near the driveway and lowered switches throughout the property.
Hot tub is located outside on the basement patio. It is also open year round, please enjoy!

We do not allow parties of any kind, we are closely monitored by the city for a loud noise and excessive traffic. Please use the garage and the driveway for parking.
