Positive: - Location was great! Could choose between using the Lavender or Bendemeer MRT stations, depending on where I was going. -The self check-in using the machine was smooth and efficient. - The accommodation was all very clean and well maintained. - The room is of course incredibly small, but was ideal for me for a cheap, private 1 night stopover in Singapore. Didn’t need to splash out on a more expensive place. - Sound proofing isn’t the best, but personally I had a quiet stay and it wasn’t noisy at all. I guess it depends on how other guests behave. - They also provide slippers (clean ones for each guest) so you’re not going into the shared bathroom facilities in shoes or barefoot, so that was a nice touch. - I was grateful for the filtered water dispenser.
Negative: - My room door was a bit temperamental at times. It was electronic, and it would lock automatically sometimes before I was able to fully slide it closed. I just had to tap the keycard again to unlock it, and then it let me slide it closed fully and lock.
Summary: Fantastic option for a cheap, private room in Singapore!

Positive: This was a great option for my quick Singapore trip. I was visiting for a concert, and able to complete self check-in easily late in the evening. Towels and toothpaste/toothbrush a nice touch if you’re travelling light. The bathroom facilities are clean, overall this place is well maintained. Would have preferred a firmer pillow, but you can’t have it all!

Positive: The place was spotless clean and is in a safe and convenient location. There are hawkers, convenience stores and laundromat nearby and it’s close to two MRT stations (Lavender & Bendeemer). The room also uses a lock keycard and a deposit box for your valuables. I am a light sleeper but surprisingly I never had a problem with the other guests, they were all respectful enough to be quiet come night time.
Summary: Highly recommended.

Positive: Locations and environment are very good. Close to MRT and food court, and inside is tidy and clean. The landlord is nice and kind, who will give all the needed suggestion in travelling and living. Recommend all to stay here.
Negative: One little problem is sound insulation is not good enough and will be influence by other guests. My room is close to the kitchen area and will hear people's talking when other guests speak loudly (in my last day, someone was always chatting, which bothers me a lot in midnight) this is the only shadow side of perfection
Summary: Live here 7 nights and feel lucky and happy each day when I come back my room.

Positive: Good value and felt safe. Worker was able to help us with our key that didn’t work and management was nice.
Negative: The bed being high up was a bit difficult and we almost tripped a few times. It was hard to wear the slippers going upstairs. We could hear people in the dinning room and they could probably hear us.
