Positive: Pros: great location, clean room, nice design.

Negative: There are almost no elevators available and I had to carry my large suitcase up and down the stairs. I tried asking access for the elevator, but the communication was difficult because there were no one onsite and I couldn’t find the housekeeping person. The lockers are also limited, so I had to uber for over 15 euros to drop off my luggage at the sister hotel.

Summary: Clean and good location, but not so convenient for those with large luggage.

Positive: Location was close to main sites, I could walk everywhere I needed. Would have preferred a kettle in the room but the Nespresso machine was fine.

Negative: no breakfast included, perhaps you can provide a voucher for a nearby cafe. The room I was staying in was noisy at times. Sounded like some sort of on/off mechanical noise or from old pipes in the building. It woke me up a lot during the night. I would advise to sleep wearing earplugs.
