Positive: We were there for two weeks as a Family - two adults and two kids (2y & 4y). The Apartment is located in the middle of Boulogne. Several supermarkets, a fantastic boulangerie, restaurants and Cafés are just a step away (a lot of party with live music is going on there at the Weekend). The kids could ride scooter there and the food is great. Restaurant recommendation: Le Mariveaux just across the street. Incredible good food and awesome service Many sights in Boulogne can be reached by feet from the apartment. Place Dalton and the old City are 250m and 500m away. The apartment is very nice and stylish equiped with 2 bedrooms, two very nice bathrooms (one with a gigantic bathtube) and a nice kitchen/living room. The Communication is super easy and convenient

Positive: Amazing apartment - even better than the photos. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcoming touches like water, butter, jam and milk in the fridge for breakfast the morning after arrival. Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and bars. Also easy walk to the old town and the beach. Merci Karen !

Positive: High standard apartment beautifully designed. The responsiveness of the staff to issues with Wi-Fi and lack of hot water were dealt with immediately. Very impressed with the customer service.
Negative: No washing machine, also only one set of door keys when two are required for 5 people as not everyone comes back at the same time. Also, it needs to be stated that there are 55 steps up to this property on the 3rd floor as there is no lift. Also, there is no description on the buzzer to gain entry to the apartment and a few times we rang other apartments to try and get in. Finally, on the apartment description on booking.com it said parking could be arranged for 10 euros per day and we booked on this basis. The owner then said it was not possible but I had not been advised of this so it was too late to find an alternative choice. We managed to find parking ourselves locally but it shouldn’t be stated parking can be arranged if it isn’t possible.
Summary: Very enjoyable stay. However things could have been better, see my comments above.
