Summary: Booked for the beach view balcony only to arrive with plastic sheeting on sliding glass doors, red tape and no entry signs on the balcony. NO ONE EVER MENTIONED CONSTRUCTION ONGOING WITH THIS PROPERTY. Workers started with construction noise at 0730... we were not happy. VACASA did give a discounted rate after I complained. I would not recommend this place.

Summary: Loved location. We're NOT TOLD BUILDING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. So I would tear down plastic on sliding glass doors in evening when workers left so we cold enjoy view from balcony. Carpets dirty. Kitchen falling apart. Was not happy with place at all. Again the only saving grace was proximity to beach. Would not stay here again.

Summary: I really liked the location and the condo was cute. However, the condo was not very clean. Alot of the dishes that were in the cabinets were dirty and needed to be cleaned before using. The bathroom floor and near the shower had not looked like it had been cleaned well. There was also what looked like mold growing in the shower handle.

Summary: First of all it was generally, adequately clean. However, the first time we tried to take a bath ( in the master bathroom, that does not have a shower), we were only able too get about 30 seconds of hot water before it cooled down to just above cold. If the water was turned off, after about 5 minutes you could get another scalding hot 30 seconds of hot water before it got cold once again. So the only bath you could take in the place was at best only slightly better than a cold bath. The shower in the other bathroom had a low flow head, so we were able to at least take warm showers, if you didn’t mind the water temperature fluctuating between cold and scalding several times during the average shower. Did I mention the weird moldy crust in the master bedroom windows? It made it so you couldn’t see the intercostal that we were supposed to be able to see from that room. All in all, I won’t stay here again. Adequate if you can disregard all the issues mentioned above, but only just. Vacasa did send someone to try to work on the water problem, but he wasn’t really sure what he could do to help. He said he would contact a plumber to fix it. We never heard or saw anyone again after he left.

Summary: Beautiful unit, well appointed, well stocked, very clean. Enjoyable visit, great location, private parking, easy access to beach. Recommend to those seeking laid back week at IRB.

Summary: Really great location with so many things within walkable distance. Beautiful beach is 2 minute walk away. Condo is very spacious with newer furniture and comfortable bed. Kitchen and bathrooms however are very dated. Management company is okay but not particularly diligent. We did have a couple of issues (defective hot water heater being the biggest) that took days to resolve. All in all we had a great couple of weeks.

Summary: The condo was a beautiful setting to enjoy IRB and all that it has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable, and there were so many great beach items that we were able to use during our stay.

Summary: View is amazing. If you have pet allergies, bring your medicine. Newer couches hold pet dander. One shower bathroom and one garden tub bathroom. Kitchen has almost everything you need if you are eating in at all. Comfortable and well cleaned with exception of living room furniture.
