This is a fabulous beach side condo that is part of a small Gulf front complex of only seven units. Condo is on the first floor, but one flight up as there is a parking garage underneath. Also, the unit is on the Gulf side of the street but not Gulf front.
Great for vacation with family and friends!
Complex features beachfront heated pool, shuffleboard and tiki huts with lounge chairs to enjoy the beach views and gorgeous sunsets! The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and all new furniture including a king size bed and flat screen TV. Second bedroom includes new twin beds, flat screen TV and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat with new 42' flat screen TV with DVD player.
Once you pull into you parking spot, you can literally leave your car behind as you can walk to many local restaurants, bars and shops! Come and enjoy some of the best sunsets you will see in all of Florida!

Summary: We have stayed at this property multiple time. It has always been great! The condo is always very clean upon our arrival. Stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend this property and the host is wonderful to work with, very responsive!

Summary: We had an amazing time! This location is perfect between Clearwater and St.Pete so it is great for day trips. One of our favorite things was the included pool after a hot day at the beach! Although the parking was a little tight for our mini van we made it work. We walked to the bakery and ice cream shop almost every day and there are multiple shops and restaurants in walking radius. Overall I highly recommend this rental!

Summary: Our condo was very nice. No ocean view that it clearly states but we didn’t spend much time in the property. Pool was nice and clean and the short walk from the pool to the ocean was literally steps away. Definitely recommend.

Summary: Very nice condo. Just needs a deep clean. Tiles in main bathroom needs serious scrubbing. Looks like cleaners just do a minimal amount of cleaning. Found a few dishes that were questionable to whether they were washed or not. Also, my husbands feet were black on the bottom from the floors...so they are not cleaned every time. Ceiling fan was quite dirty. Overall, it was a good stay.

Summary: We had such a great stay at Debbie's place. It was exactly as advertised, literally steps from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. There are excellent restaurants right across the street and I was expecting to see more damage in the area from the hurricanes but the property looks great and the area seems to be back to normal. We will definitely be back! Debbie was so acommodating and welcoming. Our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything!

Summary: What a great spot to stay at IRB! Debbie was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was clean and was appropriately equipped for a family stay at the beach. We didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked well maintained. The small cabanas by the pool were great to sit at for a meal to each with a great view of the beach, especially in the evening when the temperature is cooler. It was convenient to many of the local restaurants and shops as well. My only negative review is the washer--maybe need to have major cleaning of it as it looked like there was mold by the door.

Summary: We chose this rental due to its location of being on the oceanside of Gulf Blvd. Upon entering, the unit was spotless. I also believe the apliances and countertops had been upgraded after the photos in the description were made. They are really nice! Be careful if you have a larger SUV or truck. It is somewhat difficult to pull in and back out of the spot. It is a very tight fit. We were also very close to eating places such as Guilty by Sea, Slyce pizza, and Crabby Bills. All were great! The ocean is only a VERY short walk ( maybe 50 steps). My only complaint was the noise in the king bedroom from the streer and the upstairs unit above us. We could hear every dootstep and chair being dragged. This is beyond the owners control, but just thought it should be known if this is important to you. We would definitely stay here again.
