Positive: the staff were nice & convenient to town, dining & shopping
Negative: Upon arrival we were given a room, the ac did not work properly, room did not cool off, we talked to the man @ the front desk regarding the AC & toilet seat not being screwed down to toilet & only having 1 screw to hold the almost disconnected seat on, he was very nice & polite, he said he would have someone look @ it the next day. The room was warmer than outside air. we had to leave the door open until we went to be, it was uncomfortable to do so. The next morning we went to front desk again, advising the temperature was to get to the 90's & AC was not working properly. The man (different) put us in another room, ac worked better, the floor was cleaner BUT the toilet seat was barely hanging on by 1 seat bolt....again. We bit the bullet, screwed it back on as best as 1 bolt would hold. In both rooms there was only 1 bath towel (2 hand & face clothes). the outside of the motel was ok, however there were people sleeping/living in a white truck down from our room from the time we checked & still there when we checked out.
Summary: cheap rate, you get what you pay for.
