Summary: Our room smelled like a wet dog! I loved the room and I got reservations early enough the the “price was right.” I NEEDED a hot tub after being at the state fair - only to go down and see it in total disrepair was beyond disappointing. Staff was nice, but just chilly like they were bothered…. I think the hotel had such potential- the sitting areas are nice! The breakfast CONTENT was disappointing

Summary: The hot tub was closed. I called ahead to see if the pool was open and they said yes, I guess I didn’t specifically ask if the hot tub was open but just bulk them together when I’m looking at a place. We booked a standard room with two queen beds, beds were tiny. Other than that, everything was ok.

Summary: Staff was friendly and willing to reset key cards every morning. The shower had excellent water pressure that pooled outside the tub because the curved shower curtain was put in incorrectly and curtain repeatedly slipped to the middle. Very glad the mold ablation and floor/wall replacing is not our costly project! Bed was firm, pillows were squishy, breakfast was okay and free parking was ample.

Summary: Checking in was easy (hotel.com). Staff was very helpful and friendly Rooms were clean Internet was buffering

Summary: Stayed in King suite for two nights. King bed was clean and comfortable but mattress on pull out bed very thin. Shower/bathroom clean with shower having plenty of hot water. Rest of room clean enough though cloth covered chair looked like it had been used as cat scratch post. Curtains had small torn /frayed spots with some stain on them. One of the doors on the cabinet hanging slightly on its hinges; couldn't close all the way. So while room was clean and had plenty of space it was showing its' age. Had breakfast the first morning; it was good with the potatoes and scrambled eggs hot and fresh like they had just been brought out. The hot tub was closed with caution tape placed around it which was dissapointing but the pool was open. It was clean but small.
