Positive: The staff was exceptional. Helpful, friendly and fun. Front desk, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were all so kind and engaging.
Negative: I stayed in Room 407 initially. There was a huge spider in the room. (Like tarantula sized). Probably a lost pet or came in on a shipment. I moved rooms. At 2:45 am. Front desk was very helpful.

Negative: Very limited breakfast options. No coffee available in the afternoon. Bar is bad. Do not clean rooms for 2 days i was there.

Negative: When we asked about hot tub; they did take out in December but never changed on the website so there was just a pool, but could go next door to use hot tub, so that was disappointing as it was one of the things looking fwd after being outside for event we went to.
