Positive: The location of the apartment was easily accessible from the main train station with a short tram journey and it is in the middle of the city. The studio was very cozy, spacious and stylish with everything you need. The view into the inner courtyard was peaceful.
Negative: There were some issues with the induction stove but the host was very responsive and supportive to find a solution. It would be great to have a table and chair on the balcony. It would be great to have curtains to draw so you don't have to put down the blinds for privacy in the evening.
Summary: The studio was spacious, cozy, full of natural light and absolutely spotless.

Positive: Quality and comfort
Negative: Minor issues like the nowadays ubiquitous and cumbersome online check-in and the (no-) TV consisting only of streaming services which I never use and no linear TV at all (or very sofisticated hidden.

Positive: Travelling from Australia we were looking forward to our three day stay in Linz. The Bloom apartment that we booked met all our needs. It was walking distance from the Linz Hauptbahnhof and on the edge of the historic city centre. It is on the main road that leads directly through the city centre towards the Danube River. It is a self check-in process using a credit card to initially enter the building foyer and key card collection. We stayed in the one bedroom studio apartment which was very spacious with a dining lounge area, well equipped kitchen and large modern bathroom. The balcony looks over a large internal park-like setting shared by other older apartment blocks. We found the apartment to be very peaceful, clean and comfortable.
Negative: It would be good to have a privacy curtain that could be pulled across the large windows once the blinds are up. Also a folding clothes airer would be helpful.
Summary: A modern convenient Linz apartment.

The apartment was excellent, modern, super clean, quiet and it has a fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, walk in closet and a washing machine. The bathroom was modern, clean with a bath tub and walk in shower. The flat also had a separate toilet. The bed was huge and comfy.
