Summary: Great condo for a family visit to London. The property had everything we needed, was very clean, and conveniently located.

Summary: Unfortunately we were very disappointed. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in one of the washrooms. There was no towels, despite the listing stating there were towels. There was no hand soap in one of the washrooms and quarter filled ones in the other. No toaster despite the listing stating there was a toaster. Minimal cooking utensils. There were 3 forks. The sinks were not cleaned, filled with toothpaste and hair. Unfortunately did not look like they were cleaned between guests. There were hair elastics on the coffee tables in living room and used paper towel on the ground. There were no napkins, paper towels, or hand towels. No kitchen towels. We had to ask the host to bring toilet paper and she attempted to walk right in with the door code but it didnt work thankfully, ive never had that experience of a host not knocking and just walking in. This was suitable for our needs as it was just one night, however not for longer. The battery to the keypad to open the house died and so we were unable to lock it the next day to go in/ out. This could be an OK rental if it had the basics. I have never experienced such a bare rental.

Summary: Although the property itself was very spacious and comfortable it lacked in basic necessities. It is advertised as suitable for up to 6 occupants but there was only one spoon,2 knives,3 assorted glasses,4 mugs etc etc. The cupboards in the kitchen are plentiful but there is nothing in them! cutlery and crockery needs to be provided before the next customer is sadly disappointed, we had intended to ask friends around to join us but could not because of these omissions.
