Summary: A fantastic hotel. Amenities are great. Great for families or couples. The food and drinks at the hotel are great and there's lots of other good restaurants in the area too.

Summary: Absolutely loved this stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. This is the best hotel in London! Prices are reasonable, and everything for the family is here to keep everyone entertained. The smokehouse and the clubhouse are definitely the better places to go for food.

Summary: I am a bit disappointed with overall experience. It’s probably I expected a lot because it’s a hard rock hotel and it’s more expensive compared to surrounding hotels we stayed before. We had early check in and late check out which was very nice; my kids loved the red carpet entrance; children’s museum and the factory in the same vicinity; My kids enjoyed the pool though it’s a bit small so it tends to get crowded at times; lots of towels and nice cabanas; the only thing I didn’t like was some people has their drinks in the pool even if there’s kids swimming around, I would understand if we’re in all inclusive hotels in Mexico etc. but I didn’t like it considering the small space (but it’s my POV, others might be okay with it). Rooms: there’s a nice touch to it and designs really stood out; the bed is comfy, washroom is tidy and clean, heated floor. However, we came and there was no shower gel and shampoo (containers were empty). I had to call and request for it which they brought right away. We ordered breakfast for room service. After that, we left for the day. We came back late afternoon and noticed that bed was made, towels were changed, floor was cleaned but the table for the room service and the garbage was still in the room. I didn’t quite understand why they didn’t take it out when they cleaned the room.Also, the counter top wasn’t wiped at all (the splashes from nespresso and some sugar were still on it and was sticky). Those little things can use an improvement

Summary: Surprised by how nice this was. Little pricey but its new Staff was over the top accommodating We are local and took our kids to the Factory etc. Made the whole experience amazaing Paitence in restaurants. Not quite organzied yet. Some delays in receiving food. But it came out hot and the service staff was aware and apologetic for the delay Food was above average

Summary: Valet parking wasn't complimentary. Need another sign to state self parking areas. Room wasn't ready when we checked-in. Later on was upgraded to another room and personal belongings tagged and brought to room. However, then someone knocked on our door and interrupted asking to come into the room to check that the minibar was stocked. Wish the room had been inspected prior to us arriving. Also noticed a blood stain on a bedsheet which I brought to the attention of reception at check-out. The bed was comfortable and we were able to "sleep like a rockstar". The Nespresso machine in the room was nice to have, but the mini creamers were just left out when they should be placed in the fridge. The brunch at Sessions was slow as was informed they were understaffed but the food was good. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal. Glad to have staff check and inspect for health and safety as after 10pm it's adults only. Shower area needs more hooks to hang towels and robes. Overall, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but definitely needs to improve on service. I was charged twice at checkout and tried to contact the hotel and no one has even acknowledged receipt of the situation.
