Positive: Close to the beach, and other landmarks, near grocery stores, restaurants and the freeway access in near by.
Negative: I didn’t like, that parking is not free, but the street is. So you can pay around 12 bucks x night to park in, or park in the street for free.
Summary: Clean, safe place where you can go sleep after a long day out in Monterrey.
