Summary: House keeping kept knocking on the door to access the room at 9AM, 10AM, and 10:30AM, when check out is 11AM. House keeping needs to be aware of the time and not bother people unnecessarily. Also, there isn’t enough parking in the parking lot.

Summary: It was ok if you just need a place to sleep but make sure you know how to operate A/C. There was a wall thermostat that had no power to it and a sign on the unit that said ‘a/c is operated by wall unit’. Well it wouldn’t work first night and we sweat all night because they told us at check-in office closed at 10. The next day I called and he came over and told me it’s manual and turned it on at the unit. I said the sign says it’s operated by the wall unit so I didn’t open that and try it. And he says no it says manual and I show him the sticker that says a/c is operated by wall unit. He says ‘oh they’re changing out all of this.’ And I’m like great we sweat all night for no reason. And he says you should’ve called. And I say it was after 10. And he says we’re still there you just have to call. Not what I was told at check-in and lobby is dark and closed up at 10. Also bathroom door frame is all chewed up, rusty hinges. Seems like an easy thing they’d fix. We stayed 4 nights.
