Positive: Excellent location, quiet yet not too far from shops and many places to visit. Handy being by the heritage railway station for days without the car. Very well layed out holiday let with plenty of facilities, and a gorgeous garden. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh with plenty of attention to detail. We didn’t book for the hot tub but as it was there would have felt rude not to use it, was a grand end to each day of exploring . Communication beforehand was some of the best we've ever had.
Negative: That we had to leave! Honestly, a 10 out of 10 property.

Positive: Fantastic location overlooking the Severn Estuary/Bristol channel with the West Somerset Railway adjacent to the property. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing a few steam and older diesel hauled trains trundling along the estuary from my vantage point in the hot tub which was great and I made full use of it both evenings. I still have the wrinkles to prove it! The apartment was spotless and very comfortable.

Positive: The view from the room and hot tub was the highlight for us, this view was particularly special when a steam train would roll by or when the sun was setting (perfect time to enjoy a soak in the hot tub). Lovely welcome pack inclusive of eggs, butter, bread, milk, jam, orange juice, shortbread and crisps provided which was highly appreciated and utilized. Kitchen was well equipped with kitchen utensils which enabled us to enjoy a meal in if desired. Fabulous location - really enjoyed visiting Duster, steam train station conveniently on the doorstep, beach a 2 minute walk away and spoilt for choice on a variety of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We will be returning hopefully very soon. Very happy guests!

Positive: Perfect location for a nice quiet break. The accommodation was fantastic. Everything you need for a self catering break. The bed was so comfy. The whole apartment was decorated lovely. The view from the apartment was amazing. The private hot tub in the garden was a great addition. Excellent.
