This picture-perfect cabin makes for an incredible getaway, loaded with stylish charm from room to room. It is a cozy, yet stylish retreat, nestled in a beautiful wooded hillside glen with a creek!
Living Space
Enter the beautifully restored timber and white chink cabin through a rocking chair front porch into the open-plan dining, living area, and kitchen. The living area offers beautiful views of the wooded glen through multiple windows and a treehouse-like screened back sitting porch. Downstairs, a second living room with a TV is perfect for movie night or the game and features a stylish electric flat-screen fireplace. Behind the living room is a second screened porch sitting area, a great spot to listen to the creek or read a book. Outside, nestled at the back of the cabin, is a beautiful fire pit, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature and the sounds of the nearby creek.
Kitchen & Dining
The newly renovated open-plan kitchen is well-appointed for preparing meals, coffee, or snacks. The dining table seats five and overlooks the stacked stone fireplace and hearth of the living room.

The primary bedroom upstairs has an attached bathroom and a private living room with a TV. The main floor bedroom (king) shares a stylish full hall bath and has a TV. Summary: The cabin was very well appointed. Would have loved to have the couch and lounger on the main floor instead of basement. Bedroom upstairs was roomy but roof line ceilings makes it a little difficult to walk for someone 5-10 and taller. Cell service is spotty. Lovely stay in the cabin.

Summary: Cozy, comfy and MORE than we hoped for! Family Christmas getaway in this hand-hewn cabin was fantastic!! Perfectly appointed, excellent fireplace (we kept it going!) and lovely screened back porch to listen to the creek! Upstairs suite was roomy and comfortable, downstairs also featured a nice den! Couldn't recommend enough! **But be aware if you're travelling with a pet like we did - the property management company tacks on an EXTRA 150 pet fee...AFTER you pay your VRBO invoice, thinking it's all included. It's not.

Summary: My family had the most magical week staying in this cabin. We spent the days out exploring trails, boating and swimming. The cabin was the perfect place to return to after a long day. My children loved the downstairs bunk beds and enjoyed having their own tv space. The beds were so comfortable and the sound of rain the last couple of nights made for the best sleep. Can’t recommend this cabin enough, and look forward to returning next summer.

Summary: Spotless; plenty of room for two couples; we didn't use it but the downstairs would be a perfect place for kids; nice kitchen easy to work in and well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc ; comfy beds. Really enjoyed the screened porch. I will caution you to back into the driveway , otherwise you may have to deal with the possibility of 'meeting up' with a car coming down the road. We highly recommend dinner at Home restaurant just outside Big Canoe. Make a reservation!

Summary: Wow. Loved this adorable, fresh, clean, beautifully decorated and furnished property. It had everything we need. The king bed was so comfy. Very private and quite. LOVED our stay!!!!!
