Summary: The recreation amenities make this spot. The pool and swim beach had friendly, helpful staff. There were plenty of chairs and even with a lot of guests never felt crowded. The villas are dated and dark on the inside but the bed was beyond comfortable and updated bathroom was nice. Had everything you needed. Be aware of lots of stairs in all parts of Big Canoe.

Summary: I really can’t say enough good things about our stay, the front office staff are amazing. The property was very clean and well kept. Big canoe is a large area with plenty of things to do as well as attractions near by right outside of big canoe. Whether your coming for a weekend or a week you won’t be disappointed.

Summary: Great place, near a few hikes and the trails inside Big Canoe are phenomenal as well. We even had a little snow! I wish the wellness center wasn’t $20/day so I could have used it daily. But that’s not the rentals, it’s big canoe pricing.

Summary: Beautiful property. Long drive into the facility that is very curvy which makes it a very private stay. The villas are a little dated but very clean and lots of room for family to have their own space. We will definitely be staying here again.
