Blue Dolphin Beach Front Cottage is situated on two ocean front lots on the Golden Mile of the non-driving section of St. Augustine Beach. The house is the only ocean front house with a pool on the island.
Situated on one lot is the oversized pool and pool deck on the other a charming 1936 beach cottage. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a large wraparound deck with a grill and views of the pool and ocean in one. The oversized master bedroom boasts a full size private deck with 180 degrees of ocean front.
The property is managed by a local owner (not a remote landlord) so there are not layers of management, booking and service fees to pay or remote property monitoring cameras. The cottage and beach are also dog friendly.

Summary: All 9 of us felt this vacation exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect. Our grandson loved having a park and splash pad nearby and the adults loved nightly walks for ice cream. The house has a fantastic pool area stocked with games and toys for all. Best of all, right on the beautiful beach!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at The Blue Dolphin. Brad is very responsive. The house is PERFECTLY located on the beach AND in walking distance to many fun shops. Everyone in our group were different age ranges and there was something for everyone. The pool is huge, clean, and relaxing. We were able to walk to the donut shop whuch had great bagels as well, ice cream store, the Wednesday farmers market, and the gift shop. Brad's home on Anastasia Island had so much to offer inside and out.
