Summary: The location of this house is awesome. A couple of great local eateries in walking distance and beach access is perfect. Wonderful and clean, and totally cozy and welcoming. Our only issue was the pool heat. They advertise this as a key feature and we really counted on this, as it was January and we were traveling with kids. However, it had not been turned on until the day we arrived and it took about 2.5 days to fully heat, so we could not get in the pool until the night before we left. This was very frustrating and tainted the experience. FYI if you go in the winter make sure they have it turned on 2-3 days before arrival.

Summary: We have stayed many, many places in St. Augustine beach. This is the first time having a pool, and it was so nice to sit out in the backyard space. Attention to detail is everywhere. It’s such a perfect little place!

Summary: We loved this property. Location is stunning. But it is so much more than that. This property is so beautifully renovated, and so tastefully decorated. It has everything you could need. We loved the bikes, spent time by the pool and used all the kit. They have thought of everything. We hope to be staying again in March.
