Summary: The house was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I stayed for two nights and it could not be more perfect. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, and spotless. Outdoors areas are an added plus! Couldn’t recommend more.

Summary: My husband and I stayed in the cottage for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was just lovely. It was just as described, well appointed, clean, cozy, and private. The location was great - close to great shops and restaurants and the beach. Parking was a breeze. And communication with Pat was awesome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: I was just entranced by the sweet cottage. It was very private with its own front and back courtyards. The place was incredibly spacious and so well appointed. It had everything we needed from a coffee maker with pods and cream in the fridge to shampoos etc in the shower. And a bonus outdoor shower which was a treat. We had great communication with the owner and cannot wait to stay again.

Summary: The bungalow was beyond our expectations and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the village. It was well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. Pat is an excellent host and went out of her way to see that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this darling little cottage.

Summary: This was a beautiful cottage in an even more beautiful neighborhood. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. The front porch/patio is beautiful and private as is the back patio right off of the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again, in fact we’d check first to see if this place was open. If you are thinking of staying in Santa Barbara, Montecito is much better and very close to Santa Barbara. Quieter, still has great restaurants and everything is amazing to look at.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for a special showing of our work at East Valley Design's new gallery. We didn't want to fight traffic or parking etc. so when I found your place online it was a miracle! We will book again and again for any trip south of SLO county. 10 stars across the board.
