Negative: Better communication from staff management. I was over charged for my reservation the charge what whey feel like I send a message to the manager and also booking.com and still no response they charge me 20 euro more than what the booking was so becareful of this

Positive: Location and comfortable Ms Kay and Cassandra were both so friendly and welcoming
Negative: More light needed to see where you're going at night walking through the garden to get to our appt/car. The current light fixtures weren't up to the task - not bright enough or sensors didn't pick up movements until we already passed. So we had to use or cellphones.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful host. The largest pool was really nice with an amazing view. It was nice with benches in the garden to use for eating in the excellent view.
Negative: There were some issues with the toilet and shower which didn’t work, which was annoying. The host was very helpful to fix it, but it was still an annoying thing. Kitchenware was not clean, so we had to wash all of it before using it. Our outdoor area was not very appealing. Only one of the pools was working.

Positive: Getting the keys went smoothly. Apartment was big and tidy, with all necessary items (towels, shampoos, kitchen equipment so you could cook yourself). The pool area was lovely, infinity pool and the view! The pool area is shared with other guests but there was always space. Overall it was a good experience with reasonable price.

Positive: We had wonderful time on the island and Blue Dream Appartments were a huge part of it! The appartment we got was spacious, with a terrace, where we had our delicious breakfasts :) The kitchen was fully equipped, with cattle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, gas cooker and fridge. All was nice and clean. 2 swimming pools added up to it all :) There is a small supermarket/deli nearby (walking distance). We didn't use the car. Beach, bars and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away (walking). Overall one of the best vacation - the vibe of the island is great and the host Miss Key is a wonderful person!!

Positive: Great location: quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to main strip. Lovely apartment, fully equipped kitchen, a/c in bedroom and fan in rest of apartment. Nice small and quiet pool on sunny side. Great view. Kay was friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Positive: The property is accessible to many amenities and is located in a great space in the community to walk to many restaurants, bars, and the beach. Love Blue Dream's view of the beach, the pools and the hot tub.
Negative: Just a little out dated with the apartment decor we stayed in. Towels available but not very plush.
