Summary: Me and my friend stayed at this place for a relaxed vacation our first time in St Martin. We felt we hit the jackpot. It is fairly priced, perfect location near bars/restaurants/beaches/casinos (waking distance), just a hop and a skip from the airport, and it is nestled away in a quiet little villa where the waves crash on the rocks right below a private pool overlooking the ocean. The owners communication made the difference in making us feel comfortable staying in a new place. The rap around porch and ocean view balcony are just the icing on the cake in this perfect, spacious villa.
