Summary: I asked for a non-smoking room, and got a room that smelled like cigarettes, the service was bad, they barely came to clean the room, I had to ask for cleaning service many times. they gave me a room in the back part of the motel, and had to walk a distance to my car.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. We were treated well by the staff and really felt welcomed to be there. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had seen by the pictures that the property was older but it is obvious they are refreshing the place. It was easy to access from the street and we did not hear any noise when inside our room It is a busy street so there is traffic noise outside. We had stayed to go shopping and we were happy to have everything we wanted close by. We will be returning

Summary: I’ve stayed at Blue Falls 2 years in a row and have actually gotten the same room twice. The facility clean and the housekeeping crew asked if we needed anything each day. Checking in and out is easy and fast. The parking situation is a little strange and at the wrong time it can be hard to get out of the lot onto the main road just because of usual traffic. I was visiting the University at Buffalo with some friends and it was a less than 10 minute drive. Very convenient location with various stores around and the commute to the Canadian border is about an hour given traffic and customs. ooms are inexpensive per night.
