Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s on the firth of Thames in the lovely town of Kaiaua. There are 3 options to stay. There is a studio unit ideal for a couple or a 3 bedroom entire house or the option of the house and studio making it a 4 bedroom house.
The space
The house is directly over the road from the beach. The Hauraki Rail trail is also across the road and will take you all the way to Thames one way and the other way to the pink shop ( where it starts). There is a children’s pirate playground here. It’s a short walk to the Bayview Hotel ( nice Meals) and the famous Kaiaua fish and chip shop. There is a gas station close by which sells bait, ice, bread, milk etc.
There are adult/ teenagers sized bikes, a kayak and canoe on request. Also a fishing kayak.

Small farm visits are also available while you stay. It’s a 10 minute drive ( Miranda) and you can see miniature horses, Clydesdale horses, chickens and miniature donkeys. Covered shoes must be worn and there a fee of $20 per adult and $15 per child (above 3 years) farm visits usually last an hour.
