Positive: Good location close to downtown and the waterfront. Good sized room. Good breakfast from the restaurant.
Negative: Good sized room totally spoilt by the in-room aircon unit which was noisy ang kept cutting in and out during the night and waking us up. Room would have been very stuffy and hot without it. Gym was poor with little equipment. Whole experience didn't quite match up with the advertised (gallery) view.
Summary: Short of the mark at the price level.

Positive: The views from our Level 23 room were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious.
Negative: The reception area gets very congested and busy. The cafe isn’t open long enough.
