Positive: We liked the room, and the pool and the host Raoul

Negative: Leaving the gate can be tricky, especially with traffic coming from the left, because of a big tree that limits sight. Maybe a mirror can be placed somehow that can show traffic coming from the left. The shower is a challenge with warm water, and that is made clear, but despite that it does not remain warm, whenever it gers warm. Maybe a (better) thermostat can be applied.
