Positive: Clean and decent. Friendly owner. Reliable heating (via a/c) and hot shower. Good to just spend the nights if the rest of the time you're out. Fridge & microwave are enough to have some quick food stored and prepared.

Negative: Walls thin and not sound proof. You hear your neighbors and what happens outside on the street. No hair dryer available: unfortunate surprise for cold season.

Positive: It was clean and nice in the common areas. Host was super nice and friendly. I rented a bike for four of the days, and got around all of the city with it, Valencia is amazing for bicycling! I was at university during daytime, and it was good to come home and have my own bathroom and bedroom at casa azul. Other guests were friendly and polite as well. I had read and heard some negative things about the area Rascanya, but I really liked the area and felt completely safe as a girl travelling solo. Using the bike after dark helped me a lot on feeling safe as well.

Positive: The room was small but comfortable, with everything necessary. Also in the common space there was everything I needed (furniture, tea, sugar, and fridge/boiler). The bed was very comfortable and the room and the bathroom was, overall, very clean (especially for spanish standard)

Negative: The apartment was a little bit noisy and noises from the outside/from other rooms can be heard when I was in the bedroom
