This spacious Destin vacation rental offers five bedrooms, including four with king-size beds and one with custom-built double bunk beds (four twins), making it the perfect beach getaway for up to 12 guests. Each bedroom is a private retreat, while the open-concept living room and kitchen create a central space where everyone can come together. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for ten, making family meals a joy. *Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
