For your convenience, there are 6 beach chairs and an umbrella provided by the owner.

The villa is also just 2 miles from the lively Village of Baytowne Wharf, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Step into a modern, open-concept living area designed for comfort and connection. The spacious living room features an oversized 85” smart TV, plush seating, and an L shaped queen sleeper sofa – perfect for family movie nights or mid-day naps. Enjoy the new bar area with beverage refrigerator to mix a nice cocktail or grab a beer. The fully updated kitchen (with 3 seat counter-height bar) is thoughtfully stocked and equipped with brand new to-ceiling cabinets, brand new modern stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or whip up a quick snack.
Our spacious villa offers two downstairs king suites, each beautifully decorated and equipped with brand new 65” smart TV’s. The primary king suite features a private en-suite bathroom (new shower and vanities), while the second downstairs king suite offers an en-suite bathroom (new tub/shower and vanities) with convenient hallway access. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious third primary king suite with brand new 65” smart TV, his and her closets, and a private bathroom (new shower and vanities with double sinks), as well as a cozy loft area featuring a queen sleeper sofa and gaming TV – ideal for kids, teens, or anyone needing a quiet space to relax or play. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located on the first floor.
