Positive: The Apartment was extremely clean and it had an excellent view. They had a simple Check-in process and your get a mail detailing the Process ,so it was nice & easy . It had a all the basis amenities. We were there for 2 Nights & we truly enjoyed our stay . The weather was extremely cold and we couldn't spend time to go around the Property . If you are travelling with your Family for a vacation then this is a perfect place to stay . Uber is not there in Iceland , the Taxi's are pretty expensive to go -around the downtown area.

Positive: Apt was super clean, comfortable, well furnished for a family use, and super close to a Bonus Grocery store location. 15-20min drive from Reykjavik downtown. Staff was super easy to contact upon arrival when we arrived slightly earlier than checkin time, and when we somehow got locked out of the bldg due to a malfunctioning door. Abundant free parking available.

Positive: We had a great stay! perfect for family. Nice location. Shop is infront of the building! Few mins. going to Reykjavik center. When we arrived, it was full of dust everywhere! But still if ever we will go back again, we will still choose this place. The neighbour beside us, playing loud music.

Positive: Spacious, great views, good facilities. Great shower/bathroom. Good instructions from owner. Good parking. Shops close by.
Negative: Cleanliness - stains on blinds and ceiling. Windows noisy even when closed, kitchen roll had been stuffed into edges to reduce noise/draughts. Beds ok, sofa bed not provided with sheet and duvet a bit small. TV remote batteries dead, requested new ones but took 2 days. No housekeeping/fresh towels provided during our 6 night stay.
Summary: Excellent location/apartment, overall very good. Would stay again.
