Positive: What not to like , loved it all. The staff the location , the beach all amazing! On the first night we arrived we had the most deli curry I e ever tasted , it was excellent. The breakfast was brilliant as well. You are right on a vast beach with hardly anyone there but felt very safe. The pictures do not do the place justice. Really do hope to go back one day .
Negative: There is nothing not to like it’s all fabulous

Positive: Perfect stay in Sri Lanka ! We are a familiy with two children in the age of 11 and 14 and spent two weeks in May 2024 in the Villa. Everything was perfect . The host was outstanding. He was always available and had ideas for excursions. The food was very tasty and lovingly prepared. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. There were high waves on the beach during our stay. But we had the beach to ourselves. Warm greetings to Sudath, the best host ever !
Negative: Nobody can do anything about the high waves, but that depends on the season. Otherwise everything was great.

Positive: The villa was spacious and comfortable. Those who want to cook their own meals - here was everything they needed! Very tasty breakfast - pancakes were my favorite! The beach - wow! The owner is very accommodating. Will help in any situation and question! If you want to go in a bigger company - the Red Parrot villa is next door.
Negative: If you don't like sand - don't drive! Because they will be everywhere.. There is a dinner offer, but it still didn't seem right for the price. Then we went to Bord'eau Restaurant (recommend! it's not close, but the food is excellent and the prices are good). Flies! They were very annoying! The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was too low to flush properly.

Positive: It matches the overall score on the booking.com. It is literally on the beach which is quite narrow ( rocks from both ends). So you have like ip to a kilometer wide isolated beach only for you and 2 neighboring villas. Very comfortable to stay with kids since there is sand in the terrace as well. Great support from Sudath to give an advice as well.
Negative: Concrete floor in the terrace is something to be aware of as it is wet mist of times. Otherwise it is stylish, comfy ant it is on the beach:)
Summary: There are 2 villas side by side. Take both with a company of friends:)
