Welcome to the Blue Pearl! A spacious 2693 square foot canal front home with pool located in Cudjoe Key.
This 5 large bedroom, 4 full bathroom home features 4 large balconies, 16,000 lb boat lift, fish cleaning station, private pool and exquisite details throughout!
Perfect for entertaining and for large families this home has it all!
A custom kitchen with wood cabinets, a hammered copper sink, GE Cafe appliances, microwave drawer. Just off the kitchen you will also find a large wet bar with an ice machine.
The large living room offers plenty of seating, large windows and features custom built-in entertainment area with flatscreen tv.
Guest Rooms & Bathrooms
1- Primary Suite offers a king size bed, sitting chair, chest of drawers, flatscreen tv and en-suite full bathroom with shower & vanity.
2- King size bed, chest of drawers, flatscreen tv and en-suite full bathroom with shower & vanity
3- Queen size bed, chest of drawers, flatscreen tv and en-suite full bathroom with shower & vanity
4- 2 sets of single bunk beds (4 total) flatscreen tv and large closet. Shared 4th bathroom with shower & vanity.
Bedroom 5: Room is located on the ground unit of home and features 2 additional single beds. Does not have access to a bathroom without going upstairs via outside staircase.
Throughout the house you will find crown molding and tray ceilings and all bathrooms feature glass shower enclosures surrounded with stone and tile. The home also offers open water views from top balconies, and has a large covered outdoor entertaining under the elevated home.

- Boat Lift
The boat lift is available for guest use with liability waiver filed, proof of vessel insurance & registration on file before arrival. The life will only accommodate center consoles under 28’. No flats boats or Catamarans will be allowed use of lift.
- Kayaks & Bicycles
We have two ocean kayaks and 2 bicycles available for guest use. To retrieve the code for each please file your release of liability and waivers prior to arrival. Kayak operation does require guests to wear a life preserver at all times and have passed a boaters safety course if born after 1984 in the State of Florida. It is guests responsibility to acquire these items and provide prior to their stay.
- Parking
Parking maximum for the home is 2 vehicles, 1 boat/1 boat trailer. No additional vehicles are permitted.

Summary: The home is beautiful. It has everything you need to enjoy a month in the Keys. We brought our boat and had access to the boat lift. Nice location for easy access to the gulf and Atlantic. The home sleeps 10 comfortably and 12 if you opt in for the lower extra bedroom. Parking can be a bit tricky because you can only have 2 vehicles and one boat trailer. (3 vehicles if you park your trailer elsewhere). Had a few minor issues at the start of the trip which were resolved quickly. Great place to stay!
