We offer this 37 m² apartment with shared pool for rent in Soustons, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 16 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). The accommodation is composed as follows:

Exterior:
- A 12 m² balcony with a table, 6 chairs, a parasol and a small storage unit. It overlooks the golf course and the forest. Not overlooked.

- A swimming pool (shared, heated) open from May to the end of September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
It includes two pools: a large bean-shaped one (approx. 20×6m) and a smaller one for children, deckchairs and parasols: it is fully fenced in.
Estate under the pines in a cul-de-sac surrounded by the golf course. Very quiet and secure, ideal for children. Located 10 minutes' walk from the marine lake and 20 minutes from the ocean, all shops are nearby. Ping-pong table and boules pitch.
