Summary: This the an ideal place if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet respite from daily life. The entire Old Beau resort has a nice feel of seclusion, and we enjoyed the tennis courts and pools. The resort restaurant is not very reliable, look in Sparta for more options (though most restaurants are closed on Mondays- even holiday Mondays). It’s also an easy drive to Stone Mountain State Park. It’s one of our favorite NC state parks and we enjoyed hiking every day. The view on the back deck is just beautiful and we loved sitting on the deck. The kitchen is well supplied and they were kind to have dish soap and dishwasher tabs there for us to use. Overall, this is on our list of places we’d like to stay again.

Summary: Thank you for such a wonderful stay in your cottage! Everything was just as it was listed on VRBO. The view from the back deck is so wonderful and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. They beds were comfy, the kitchen had great gadgets, bowls and dishes, and the whole house was spotless. Robert, the local guest contact, helped us with any questions and was incredibly quick to respond. Would definitely book it again!

Summary: We had 3 doctors in our group for a weekend retreat. It was a perfect house for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We were able to get in 2 rounds of golf, depite mother natures attempt to keep us off! We would definately come back.

Summary: View is fabulous. All of Olde Beau is a lovely property. House was immaculately clean and well stocked with basics. Plenty of seating, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. You must be smart TV savvy/ have your own logins. Great location for Stone Mountain park and wineries. We particularly enjoyed Shelton Vineyards in Dobson, they also have a restaurant on site.
